Kelly of Sydney Cavoodles Write a Review

I purchased my baby girl from Sydney Cavoodles. She was fairly helpful however I had to ask for updated photos every week and the ones received weren't the greatest. I was unable to sight my pup before purchasing this was through covid though, maybe I was expecting too much not sure but I thought spending that amount of money I would automatically receive some type of update.

We are absolutely in love with our girl and she is everything I imagined her to be. I also understand that the breeder would have been inundated with inquiries but expected better communication considering I was a paying customer.

Unfortunately, I and my partner have had a terrible and most heartbreaking experience with Sydney Cavoodles, Kelly.
We were on the waiting list from June this year for 6 months where via email the price was quoted for a female toy cavoodle at $5,5k. Eventually, when the puppies were about to be born, we were told the price had gone up to $7.9k. We obviously were surprised at the sudden change and negotiated $6.9k which she accepted given our original quote. I had a long chat with Kelly on the phone, felt very happy and excited and she told me the Mum was in labour so I should hear from her in the next day or so. She also offered us the first choice of female over the phone the day before the litter was born. We were waiting eagerly by the phone for a call to say the puppies were born but eventually, we received an email saying bluntly, females were sold and if we wanted a male it would be $7k. Nothing else.

We were both devastated and asked her to call us. She said she couldn’t as she was busy, brushed us off, and then told us to find another breeder. She didn’t have the integrity to call us back or show any sign of remorse. We remain sitting here without closure or a puppy to start our family. I don’t think this is the first time she’s done this either. After 6 months and not even a message or call.

Please consider this when risking using Kelly as a breeder.
