Blue with hints of green quaker parrot, hand reared since baby. Giving away due to inability to spend adequate time with parrot anymore. Their name is Squirtle. Loves to splash around in water, flies after you, super cheeky. I think he might be going through teenage hormones right now as he is very loving and affectionate but then can be snippy (easily avoided though, kind of like a cat). If there are any difficulties handling, please let me know so I can help. If you decide you can no long give him/her the care they deserves, also let me know please and I'll happily take him/her back.
