We are breeders of pedigree Maremma Sheepdogs. Our eight Maremma puppies are now looking for their forever homes. Our pups have outstanding well-rounded personalities. Both parents have strong bloodlines and come from award-winning parents (Royal Easter show winners) Both father and mother’s parents were imported from Italy. The pups are wormed, microchipped, vaccinated and vet health checked. The puppies will be looking for their forever homes in the next few weeks. They make their presence known to any potential threat by targeted barking (they have a loud deep bark), and because of this we believe they are completely unsuitable as a city dog (unless you can keep your dog inside). They will defend and if necessary, attack and even kill predators (foxes and wild dogs). They don’t demand much attention but enjoy affection when it suits them! They are bred to be guardian dogs and need land. Parents, Luna and Luigi currently guard chickens, ducks, turkeys, geese, and sheep. The puppies have been exposed to the birds daily. The parents watch over our goat herd and chickens runs, and have perfect temperaments as they don't chase or play with them. They are also very friendly family dogs. We are having to make the heart breaking decision to find a new home for our 5 year old sahara, shes not desexed never had puppies,house trained, good with cats and chooks and ducks she's also been with calves iv raised in our backyard, she good with our other dog but hasn't been really socialised with other dogs, she has a beautiful nature great with kids. She would suit a hobby farm or property. Due to her nature of her breed she barks alot and we have tired everything to stop this but we are constantly getting noise complaints this is the only reason we are parting with her.also because of her nature she can be very wary of new people but she is all noise and warms up quite quickly. She loves a good cuddle We would like to see her go to good home with stock she can protect and some room to run. She will not be suitable for people with a small yard she is a very large do who needs room.

1.5 year old Maremma Yogi, great with dogs, chickens and guests (which is unusual for his breed). He is a bit jumpy but otherwise a good dog. Gets walked most days LOVES the dog park and water! Sadly re-homing due to my elderly parents moving in.

We have used Maremma working dogs to protect our stud dorper sheep for almost 20 years. We have had many from different sources in that time with varying degrees of success. We currently have 9 working Maremma guardians. Occasionally when we have have a male (Sire) and female (Dam), that we consider truly outstanding in terms of guarding instinct, temperament and conformation, we breed a litter primarily for our own needs. Around 3 October we will have several pups from our current litter ready for their new home. Below are a couple of photos of Halfpenny, the sire of our current litter.

Charlie and Lola had their first litter 5/7/23 and these beautiful will be ready for their forever homes on 14/9/23. There are 3 boys and 3 girls available. This wonderful working breed is not suitable for suburban living and must have a job to do as is their nature. The pups have spent time around sheep including newborn lambs, goats and chickens. All show wonderful promise to fulfil their breeds task of guarding livestock, with further training and socialisation. They have been around children of various ages from 2-17 and have shown they will be suitable for a home where there are children.

This gorgeous first litter is available 14/09/2023. There are 3 females and 3 males available. They have had socialisation with sheep including newborn lambs, goats and chickens. These puppies are interested in all goings on around the farm. They will make excellent additions to your property. They will thrive with a job to do, especially guarding livestock with time.
