You won’t be able to access Puppy Pay’s protections or post-payment benefits if you pay outside the system. We strongly recommend using Puppy Pay for full peace of mind and to avoid scams.
If there’s an issue with your puppy or the breeder after payment, contact our support team right away. We’ll work with both parties to investigate the problem and offer fair mediation where needed.
Life happens. If your circumstances change, our team can connect you with rehoming support options and provide guidance on what to do next—whether that’s rehoming, speaking with your breeder, or using our community tools.
Yes, you can! Each puppy will need to be paid for individually through its own Puppy Pay offer, and the $75 fee applies per puppy.

Yes, Puppy Pay offers are valid for a set period of time—typically 72 hours. If the link expires, ask your breeder to resend it.
