Requests that buyers pay a $500 - $800 deposit without meeting the pups, and then never sends them!
Seems legitimate by sending a puppy contract through, but it has a false address on it and not their real details.
Have reported to police who advised there is a current investigation with numerous other complianants against the same person.
DO NOT give money. Fake! Is NOT a member of the RPBA breeding body either - they have confirmed.
