Why am I seeing this message?
Some Apple devices use a feature called iCloud Private Relay. This feature helps protect your privacy by hiding your internet address (IP address).

How to turn off iCloud Private Relay
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name at the top of the screen.
Tap iCloud.
Scroll down and Select Private Relay.
Turn Private Relay off.
Return to our website and refresh the page.
Still having trouble?
If you are using a VPN app, please disconnect from the VPN and try again.
Once verification is complete, you can turn iCloud Private Relay back on if you wish.
