• Initial Contact and Screening:
1a. Prospective owners are required to send a brief email to www.sandcastleaussies.com.au, introducing themselves and explaining their interest in adopting a new family member.
1b. The email should include your contact number and a preferred time for a follow-up phone or video call. Please provide information to your comfort level without disclosing sensitive personal details.
1b. Additionally, we require a non-family personal reference, along with the name and contact details of your intended veterinarian.
