What sort of enrichment activities do your animals and litters have? We provide a range of enrichment activities to support our puppies’ mental and physical development from an early age. These activities help build confidence, curiosity, and important life skills. Some of the enrichment we include: 🧠 Interactive toys and problem-solving games (e.g., treat puzzles) 👃 Scent exploration with different textures, objects, and safe outdoor smells 🎵 Exposure to various sounds like music, TV, kids playing, and common household noise 🧸 Rotating toys and play stations to keep their environment stimulating 🐾 Supervised outdoor play on grass and different surfaces for sensory development 💬 Human interaction and cuddles to develop trust and attachment 🐶 Mild challenges like tunnels or gentle climbing to boost coordination and confidence We believe enrichment is key to raising happy, resilient puppies who adapt well to new environments and families.
How do you socialise your animals? Our puppies are raised in our home as part of the family, which means they’re exposed to a wide variety of everyday sights, sounds, and experiences from an early age. This includes: 🧒 Regular handling by children 🐱 Interaction with our family cat 🎵 Exposure to household noises like the vacuum, TV, and kitchen sounds 🧸 Gentle introduction to new people and supervised play 🚗 Short car rides to help prepare them for travel 🐾 Early toilet training and playtime in different indoor and outdoor environments By the time our puppies are ready to go home, they are confident, well-adjusted, and used to a loving, busy household. Our goal is to give them the best start in life so they can thrive in yours.
What health checks have you undertaken on your breeding animals and your litters? Both of our breeding dogs, Bonnie and Clyde, have undergone full DNA testing and are clear of all testable genetic conditions relevant to miniature dachshunds. This ensures that none of their puppies are at risk of inheritable diseases. For our litters, each puppy receives: ✅ A full vet health check prior to going home 💉 First vaccination 🆔 Microchipping 🧼 Worming every 2 weeks from 2 weeks of age We work closely with our local vet to ensure all puppies are developing well, and we are always happy to provide documentation or speak with you about the health of our dogs and pups. Health and wellbeing are our top priorities.

Our dachshunds are part of our family, and we aim to give each puppy the best possible start to life — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Our breeding goals are to: 🧬 Preserve and improve the miniature dachshund breed by focusing on health, temperament, and conformation ❤️ Raise puppies in a loving home environment so they grow into confident, affectionate, and social companions ✅ Ensure ethical, responsible breeding practices, including DNA testing, veterinary care, and proper socialisation 👨👩👧👦 Match each puppy with the right family to ensure lifelong happiness for both the dog and their humans Breeding is not just a hobby — it’s a passion and a responsibility we take seriously. We’re proud to raise puppies who become cherished family members in loving homes.
What other information would you like your buyers to know We want our puppy families to feel supported, informed, and confident in their decision. Here are a few important things we’d love you to know: 🐾 We’re here for the long run — Whether it’s your first puppy or your fifth, we offer ongoing support and are always happy to answer questions, even after your puppy goes home. 🧬 Health and welfare come first — We breed on a small scale to ensure the best care and attention for every dog and puppy. All breeding dogs are DNA tested, and puppies are vet-checked, vaccinated, wormed, and microchipped before leaving. 🏡 Home-raised with love — Our puppies grow up in a family environment, not in kennels. They are used to household life, kids, cats, and lots of cuddles. 📚 We care about education — We provide detailed puppy packs, including feeding guides, settling-in tips, and support with toilet training and routines. ❤️ Responsible homes only — We care deeply about where our puppies go. We ask questions to ensure the best fit, and we love updates as your puppy grows! We’re proud of our dogs and the care we put into raising them, and we want every puppy to go to a home where they will be truly loved and cherished.

Hello everyone! I have been a dedicated groodle breeder for 3 years now. With over 15 years in Animal Welfare, currently serving as a Shire Ranger and previously as a General Inspector for the RSPCA in the Southwest of WA, I am committed to the well-being of all our furry friends. At our home, our dogs are not just pets, they are family. They are all inside dogs and receive an abundance of love and attention from every family member.
What sort of enrichment activities do your animals and litters have? Puzzles, dog toys, healthy treats, sand play, water play
How do you socialise your animals? My pups grow up with the mum and 3 other adult dogs.
What health checks have you undertaken on your breeding animals and your litters? Full breed profile / hip and elbow scores done on all breeding dogs.
What comes with your take home packs for your litters? Puppy gift pack, vet check card, first vaccination and the next worming dose
Tell us about why you breed and what your breeding goals are I absolutely love dogs and I chose this cross due to the love of the Standard Poodle (such quirky dogs) and the temperament of the Golden Retriever. While working as a General Inspector for the RSPCA and as a Ranger I have never come across an aggressive retriever. After owning a Groodle and seeing her with my grandson, that was all I needed to start breeding well bred Groodles.
What other information would you like your buyers to know I am committed to the well-being of all our furry friends. At our home, our dogs are not just pets, they are family. They are all inside dogs and receive an abundance of love and attention from every family member. From the moment our pups are born, they are well-handled and nurtured until they find their forever homes, environmental enrichment is a big part of my program. One of the most heartwarming sights is seeing my 5-year-old grandson spending hours playing with our pups. Our household is always busy with activity, which helps our pups grow up to be well-adjusted and resilient companions. We take pride in raising happy and healthy groodles in a loving environment. Thank you for taking the time to view my profile and I look forward in helping you find your new member of your family.

Toy Poodles of the Central Coast, NSW, our dedicated Toy Poodle breeding program is committed to producing healthy, happy, and well-socialised puppies that make perfect companions for families and individuals alike. With a deep passion for the Toy Poodle breed, we prioritise the health and well-being of our dogs above all else. Our breeding practices focus on genetic integrity and temperament, ensuring that every puppy is a reflection of the exceptional standards we uphold.
What sort of enrichment activities do your animals and litters have? Enrichment activities for our dogs and litters play a crucial role in their overall well-being, mental stimulation, and social development. We engage them in a variety of activities designed to cater to their physical and cognitive needs. One of our favourites is interactive playtime with toys that challenge their problem-solving skills, such as puzzle feeders and treat-dispensing balls. These toys not only keep them entertained but also encourage them to think critically. Additionally, we incorporate outdoor adventures that involve scent trails and obstacle courses, allowing them to explore their environment while honing their natural instincts. Regular socialisation sessions with other dogs and people help develop their interpersonal skills and confidence. We also dedicate time to training exercises that reinforce good behaviour and strengthen the bond between us and our dogs. The combination of these enrichment activities ensures that our furry companions remain happy, healthy, and well-rounded individuals, ready to tackle new challenges with enthusiasm.
How do you socialise your animals? Socialising puppies is a crucial aspect of their development that sets the foundation for their behaviour and temperament as adult dogs. Proper socialisation involves exposing puppies to a variety of activities, children, and other animals in a positive and controlled manner. We introduce puppies to different surfaces, sounds, and smells, gradually increasing the complexity of stimuli to avoid overwhelming them.
What health checks have you undertaken on your breeding animals and your litters? In our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health and well-being for our breeding animals and their litters, we undertake a comprehensive series of health checks and procedures. Initially, we conduct DNA testing on all our breeding dogs to ensure they are free from hereditary diseases and to uphold the integrity of the breed. Each dog also undergoes thorough veterinary examinations to assess their overall health and to identify any underlying issues that could affect their ability to breed or care for their puppies. Vaccinations are diligently administered to protect both the parents and the puppies from common infectious diseases, while regular worming treatments ensure that all our animals remain free from internal parasites. Additionally, we microchip each puppy at a young age, which aids in their identification and ensures their safety in the event they become lost. These measures collectively contribute to producing healthy, robust litters and promote responsible breeding practices.
