What sort of enrichment activities do your animals and litters have? Several types of toys and games, both for chewing and amusement, being Huskies they also love water and have a wading pool. Also areas they are allowed to dig in.

How do you socialise your animals? Socialising starts quite early with introductions and handling by new people in the pups own environment to start with. Then being introduced to new sounds and environments while under supervision. Followed up with supervised introduction to other animals. Usually older huskies to start with. Introductions to traffic noises and sights.

What health checks have you undertaken on your breeding animals and your litters? Veterinary health checks, recorded on Dogs Victoria recognised forms prior to breeding for mating animals. Post partum Vet check and Puppy health checks also recorded in approved format, usually at time of first vaccination for pups at six weeks old.

Tell us about why you breed and what your breeding goals are We have a longstanding history with the breed having had huskies as family members for over 25 years. Some have been rescues with issues, all have been loved. Our principal reasons for breeding are to achieve well natured, well adjusted Huskies that are of high standard, typical of the breed and suitable for working or as pets.

I am a small family breeder located in Townsville, QLD. The dam and sire are both my pets and I have raised them since puppies in my loving home. They are a limited pairing only breeding what is healthy for them. She is Storm, a Blue Merle Tri coloured Aussie Bulldog and he is Lightning, a Lilac Tri coloured Aussie Bulldog.
