Meet Millie, an adorable New Zealand Border Collie born on April 24, 2023. Millie is a young, energetic pup eagerly looking for her new family. In keeping with our commitment to wildlife protection, we require that Millie is adopted into a home with dog-proof fencing to ensure her safety and to maintain her playful, explorative nature.
Millie has been desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated, and tested negative for heartworm, making her ready and raring to join your family. Although she hasn't been tested with cats or birds yet, she has shown a gentle nature with her 5-year-old human friend and has enjoyed playing with a male Border Collie. House-trained and with a great temperament, Millie exhibits an eagerness to learn and adapt, proven by her delightful habit of shaking a paw before her meals.
In addition to her good manners, Millie's playful and people-loving personality promises boundless joy and companionship. While she can be a little bit jumpy due to her excitement, her affectionate nature more than makes up for it. Whether she's playing in the yard or loyally following her canine companion, Millie thrives in social settings and is equally comfortable in the hustle and bustle of family life in Cairns.
