Meet Ernie, a 3-year-old desexed male Rottweiler who is looking for a new forever home due to his owner relocating to the USA. This decision has not been made lightly and we are hoping to find the perfect home where he will continue to be loved and cared for.
Ernie has a protective nature around his home, which is typical of the breed, but he is also a complete softie once he knows you. He is affectionate, loyal and loves being around people he trusts. Despite his big presence, he is truly a gentle and loving dog.
He previously lived with two pugs and was always gentle with them, showing that he can live peacefully with other dogs when introduced properly. Ernie is also in excellent health, with great hips and a strong genetic background.
This beautiful boy would suit a home that understands the Rottweiler breed and can provide him with companionship, care and space to enjoy life.
