Huskies are an active, intelligent breed created for long-distance cold weather sledding. They are known for their beauty and have double coats with beautiful, striking eyes. Huskies do well in active homes requiring physical exercise and mental stimulation. They require a large, fenced yard as they are known to roam, sniff, and explore. They are social dogs, getting along with people and other dogs. They need constant training to keep a structure in place, but they will be loyal, dedicated, fun, and interactive companions.
