The Jackshund is a mixed breed dog–a cross between the Jack Russell Terrier and Dachshund dog breeds. Also known as a Jackweenie, the Jackshund is considered a “designer dog,” bred on purpose to emphasize desirable characteristics from each breed.
Affectionate, lively, and playful, these pups inherited some of the best traits from two very different parents. The mix of different personalities and appearances make for a fun, attractive dog.
