Pomeranians are a long-term commitment (think 10–15 years). As intelligent, high-energy dogs with thick double coats (like Border Collies), they require grooming, training, enrichment, and affection.
Please never shave a Pom — their coat regulates their temperature year-round. You can trim down but never shave to skin/close to
🦷 Teething? Yes — they’re pups! Be ready with chew toys, limit clutter, and protect furniture with a bit of vinegar if needed.
💡 Ongoing training and love are key to raising a well-adjusted Pom.
