Tell us about why you breed and what your breeding goals are
I breed Dachshunds because I have a deep love and appreciation for this unique, intelligent, and affectionate breed. Dachshunds are not just pets; they are loyal companions with distinct personalities, known for their devotion, playful nature, and strong bonds with their families. My goal is to ensure that each puppy is raised in a loving and nurturing environment, where they can thrive both emotionally and physically, setting them up to be lifelong companions to families who will cherish them as much as I do. My breeding goals are to raise healthy, well-socialized Dachshunds that embody the best qualities of the breed—both in temperament and physical health. I am committed to: • Health and Longevity: Prioritizing the health of the puppies by selecting strong bloodlines, ensuring genetic testing, and providing excellent veterinary care to prevent hereditary conditions. • Socialization and Temperament: Raising well-adjusted puppies who are confident, friendly, and adaptable, ready to become cherished members of their future homes. • Breed Integrity: Maintaining the integrity of the Dachshund breed by adhering to responsible breeding practices, with an emphasis on upholding breed standards for both appearance and temperament. • Finding the Right Homes: Ensuring each puppy is placed in a home that can provide the care, love, and attention they need for the rest of their lives.
