Found a home.
We have a beautiful litter of four (4) Patterdale Terrier puppies born 5th August ready to find their forever homes! The pups are all black and some have a few dashes of white. There’s three (3) male and one (1) female who have a mix of smooth coat, broken coat, rough coat. They come from excellent working lines and we’ve raised them in a loving, family environment with plenty of time inside/outside along with mum, dad, human, other dog, and cat socialisation. They’re well loved by all in the house, and all who dare to visit.
Our pups get plenty of exercise and stimulation both inside and outside. They have both shared and independent sleeping areas inside and outside too. At the moment they’re happy playing and sleeping in the patio and yard areas all day. They sleep inside overnight.
They’ve been raised in a pretty large pack, so are used to constant company, but these are still an independent bunch of curious joy with their own unique personality who are happy to spend time exploring alone, meeting new people and pets, and investigating new things.
About the Breed
Patterdales are high-energy, intelligent, and loyal terriers. They’ve got a fair bit of tenacity. Originally bred as working dogs, they thrive in homes that can provide plenty of exercise, stimulation, and companionship. I would say they’re closest to a Jack Russell Terrier, Foxy or Mini Fox Terrier, with a similar size, shape, coat, energy and vibe. They make wonderful family dogs for active households and also excel as working partners or adventure buddies. These are some smart pups with great instincts and they’re fast keen learners if you can keep them engaged. While not a recognised “pedigree’ dog, I can assure you these are real dogs, and a real breed, and real cute to boot.
