Meet Dallas, a 12yo Male Neutered Bichon Frise X with the heart of a puppy and the wisdom of a senior. He’s a gentle soul who’s happiest spending time with his people, enjoying short strolls in the fresh air, and curling up for naps in a sunny spot. His vet has often called him “a wonderful little man,” and it’s true — his personality is as charming as it is endearing.
Dallas has a mellow, easy-going nature and would get along wonderfully with kids. He’s been a family dog in a quiet home with grown children and no other pets, so he’d ideally suit a home where he can be your one-and-only. That said, he could adapt to a calm household with another friendly pet.
At home, Dallas loves claiming your favourite spot on the couch, hogging your pillows, and occasionally breaking into the little zoomies when he’s excited. Health-wise, he’s doing well for his age — he has a touch of arthritis and some dental issues, but no major health concerns. He’s house trained, and prefers to do his business on the grass.
If you’re looking for a loving companion who will greet you with tail wags, brighten your days with his sweet personality, and still surprise you with playful bursts of energy on walks, Dallas could be the perfect match. He would thrive with an older person or a family who can offer him the love, comfort, and gentle care he deserves for his golden years.
Dallas has so much love left to give — could you be his forever home? ❤️

Reason for Rehoming:
Dallas is being rehomed with a very heavy heart. I’m helping my family find him a new home because my parents, who are now in their 70s, no longer feel able to keep up with his routine care. I was his primary carer when I lived at home, but in my current living situation I’m unfortunately unable to have a pet. My priority is finding a home that can give him the care and companionship he deserves.
