Hello and welcome to our advertisement - we would like to introduce you to our Gorgeous Ruby Tuesday - chocolate and white purebred border collie. Ruby is almost 3 years old and is our adored family pet. Prior to breeding Ruby, we chose to undertake a complete DNA test for diseases that regularly ail border collies and Ruby's test results were 100% clear. This gave us the confidence to follow our hearts and establish a breeding program knowing that we were also improving the breed. This is Ruby's 2nd litter and this time we chose a pedigree purebred blue merle stud. Ruby naturally delivered a very healthy litter of 6 stunning little ones on Monday 27th February, 2023 with no complications at all. We have 2 x chocolate merle males, 1 x black and white female. The Tuesday Pups have been brought up in our family home surrounded by other dogs, small children and adults. As we are self funded retirees that homeschool, we can give our new puppies lots of care and attention. Our puppies receive Early Neurological Stimulation from day 3 to day 16 and are lovingly introduced to thunderstorm, fireworks and household noise soundtracks from week 3. Toilet training starts in week 3 and the puppies are encouraged to use the grassed mats and puppy pads in a separate area to where they are sleeping and feeding. All of our puppies will start basic training commands such as 'sit' and 'lay down' at week 7. The Tuesday Pups food consists of Wombaroo formula with Royal Canin puppy starter in Week 4 as we start to wean them from their mother. By week 5 - the puppies' diet consists of grass fed organic beef mince, organic chicken mince, goat's milk, probiotic yoghurt, sardines and Life Wise whelping kibble. Puppies will also be introduced to chicken frames around week 6. We aim to give the puppies the very best start in life and spare no expense with their meals. All our of puppies are wormed at 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks with Drontal suspension worming treatment and will be vet assessed, immunised and microchipped at 6 weeks of age. Border Collies are very intelligent, sensitive and loyal - they do need physical stimulation but more importantly emotional stimulation. They will love you to bits and do their best to please you and they need your love and attention in return. Border Collies are not suitable to a life where they are left at home alone - that is a recipe for trouble!
