Age Range: 0 - 2 months
Puppies were born 24/04/2026 and will be ready to home from 19/07/2026. By homing date they will have been de-wormed fortnightly, microchipped, (first round) vaccinated and vet checked.
There are 7 males and 2 females. A detailed break down of each puppy’s observed characteristics will be provided closer to homing date.
They will come with a healthcare record book. They are toilet-trained, healthy, hold excellent temperament, and are familiar with babies, cats and lambs.
Please note that this mix of breeds will be large dogs and are ideal for work/active families, or on a large property.
➡️Lineage
Mother is a 3 year old half short-haired German Shepherd, half Belgian Shepherd (Groenendael coat). Her father was from a security/guard line.
Father is a year and a half year old pure Maremma. His father was a show dog.
Both are well loved, healthy, active and working as security on the property.
➡️Environment
They are our second litter of the first generation working dog for the mountanious North West Tasmanian region. The future of this grassroots permaculture farm requires a more trainable/adaptable size dependent dog for guarding chickens and other livestock across multiple hectares.
➡️Lifestyle
The puppies are fed home cooked meals with a varied diet that include rice with minced chicken, beef, kangaroo, wallaby, mackerel, tuna, kippers, eggs and offal, and kefir. They were also fed supplementary Black Hawk dry food. They are free fed, free exercised, up to their own discretion with supervision across a few acres.
