As with most Gemini's good company and communications is a must, so homes where there is another dog for play and company would be ideal or at least home with company for the most part, loneliness is rarely agreeable and you may risk them barking away to themselves, skilful mental stimulation is the way.
They have been brought up as both inside and outside pet and enjoy their breakfast and dinner every day, hopefully this philosophy can continue for them.
