I adopted this beautiful little tuxedo boy from the council on January 5th after losing my previous cat. He is approximately 3 months old and is a playful, affectionate, sweet-natured kitten with lots of personality.
After careful thought, I’ve realised I wasn’t emotionally ready for another cat so soon, and I’ve recently started work again. He deserves a home where someone has the time and energy to give him the attention a young kitten needs.
He has been:
• Wormed
• Flea and tick treated
• Council registered (paperwork included)
Rehoming fee: $400
The fee reflects what has already been invested in him:
• $285 council adoption fee
• $64 worth of high-quality Budgee Valley pet mince (organ meat starter diet)
• Brand new cat tower from Bunnings (cost $100)
• Second cat tower
• Cat litter box
• Cat litter
• Two food bowls
• Toys and accessories
If you were to adopt a kitten directly from a breeder or the council, you would still pay the adoption fee and then need to purchase all supplies separately — which would cost significantly more than my current Gumtree fee. He comes fully set up and ready to settle straight into his new home.
