Opie has a very strict set of rules which housemates must abide by: Don’t watch me eat. And whatever you do, don’t watch me drink water, for if I am watched I can’t possibly lap my water, I must scoop the water onto my paw, then into my mouth, but if you don’t watch me, I lap like a parched lion. I will not come to you for affection, but you will always know where I am because I scream like a banshee and stare at you with eyes the size of dinner plates, I’m hungry when I’m hungry, not on your schedule. I will scream until you throw something edible in my direction. Having earnt the nickname ‘Dopey-Opie’ it tells you where she falls in the stakes for sharing that sibling brain cell!
